120. Contravening Secrecy

Every person who acts in contravention of the duty imposed on him under subsections (1) and (2) of section 28

to maintain secrecy commits an offence and shall on conviction after summary trial before a Magistrate be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand rupees or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both such fine and imprisonment.
