Part III

95. Illegal access etc to electronic assets declaration system to be an offence

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Any person who accesses the centralized electronic system illegally or without due authority commits an offence and on conviction be liable to fine not exceeding one million rupees and to a term of rigorous imprisonment not exceeding seven years.
