61. Authority not to make available certain records

The Authority or the Board shall not make the following records available to any person for any purpose, other than for any future investigation relating to an accident or incident:—

all statements recorded by the Board in the course of its investigation ;

all communications between persons involved in the accident or incident ;

medical or personal information regarding persons involved in the accident or incident;

cockpit voice recordings, flight data recordings, recordings from the air traffic control units and transcripts from such recordings ;

opinions expressed on the analysis of information, including flight recorder information; and

any records not directly related to the analysis of the accident or incident investigated.
