15. Amendment of section 53 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 53 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of that section and the substitution therefor, of the following paragraph: -

“(c) the proposed date of commencement and the date on which such exemptions or incentives shall cease as prescribed;”
