14. Supply of drugs & c,

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Any person who without authority introduces or attempts to introduce into any Treatment Centre, or supplies or attempts to supply any persons in a Treatment Centre with, a dangerous drug or any unauthorized article shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
