15. Indemnity

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

No action shall lie against any person for anything done or omitted to be done by him in the course of performing his duties in good faith under this Act or in carrying out any recommendations or Order given or purported to have been given to him in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
