126. Members, officers and other employees of the OIT deemed to be public servants

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

All members of the OIT Board, OIT Director General and the officers and other employees of the OIT shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning, and for the purposes of the Penal Code (Chapter 19).
