127. OITdeemed to be a scheduled institution

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The OIT shall be deemed to be a scheduled institution within the meaning, and for the purposes of the Anti-Corruption Act, No. 9 of 2023 and the provisions of that Act shall be construed accordingly.
