53. Protection for action taken under this Act

No civil or criminal proceedings shall be instituted against any members of the EC Board, EC Director General, officer or employee of the Economic Commission or any member of the Invest SL Board, for any act which in good faith is done or purported to be done by him under this Act or on the directions of the Economic Commission or the EC

Board, as the case may be, if he proves that he acted in good faith and exercised all due diligence, reasonable care and skill.
