58. This part to prevail

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

In case of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Part and provisions of any other law relating to investments or the promotion of international trade or investment zones the provisions of this Part shall prevail.
