11. Amendment of Article 61E of the Constitution

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Article 61E of the Constitution is hereby amended by the repeal of paragraph (b) thereof and the substitution therefor of the following:—

“(b)

the Attorney-General.”.
