37. Amendment of section 46 of the principal enactment

Section 46 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:—

(1)

by the repeal of paragraph (a) thereof;

(2)

by the renumbering of paragraphs (b) and (c) as paragraphs (a) and (b) respectively;

(3)

by the substitution for the words “be liable to a fine not less than three thousand rupees and not
