27. Certain vehicles to be exempted from the payment of the levy

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Nothing in this Part shall apply to any vehicle imported to Sri Lanka for providing services to a Diplomatic

Mission of any State within the meaning of the Diplomatic

Privileges Act, No. 9 of 1996 or to an International,

Multilateral or Bilateral Organization recognized in terms of that Act.
