27. Replacement of the heading in PART V of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The heading appearing in PART V immediately before section 24 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following heading is substituted therefor: -

“Supervisory or regulatory authority to ensure compliance.

Financial Transactions Reporting

“CASH REPORTING AT THE BORDER”.
