29. Amendment of section 25 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 25 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -

(1)

by the substitution for the words “any cash or negotiable bearer instruments”, of the words “any cash or bearer negotiable instruments”;

(2)

in paragraph (a) of that section, by the substitution for the words “unlawful activity”, of the words

“unlawful activity”;

(3)

in paragraph (b) of that section, by the substitution for the words “unlawful activity”, of the words

“unlawful activity”; and

(4)

in paragraph (c) of that section, by the substitution for the words “in term of”, of the words “in terms of”.
