38. Application of Part II of the Finance Act…

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The provisions of Part II of the Finance Act, No. 38 of 1971, shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to the financial control and accounts of the Authority except audit of accounts.
