59. Record keeping requirement

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

A licensee shall keep a record of all the details of customers including each transaction in currency involving cash-in and cash-out on a gambling day, any suspicious transactions, large cash transactions, electronic funds transfer and any other details as may be prescribed.
