32. Standards of professional conduct and etiquette and a code of ethics

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Council may make rules regarding the standards of professional conduct and etiquette and a Code of Ethics for practitioners of Homoeopathy and such rules may specify the activities which constitute malpractices and professional misconduct.
