35. Meaning of “registered Homoeopathic practitioner”

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

For the purposes of any written law, the words “a registered Homoeopathic practitioner” shall be construed as meaning a Homoeopathic medical practitioner registered under this Act.
