10. Serving of notice, application &c., under this Act

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The service on any person of a notice, application or other document issued under this Act, shall be effected by hand or by registered post or by affixing such notice, application or other document at the entrance of the last known place of residence of such person.
