8. Decision on appeals made to the Supreme Court under section 31DD

An appeal made to the Supreme Court under section 31DD of the Industrial Disputes Act from an order of a High

Court established under Article 154P of the Constitution, shall be heard and decided within four months of the date on which such appeal is filed in the Supreme Court.
