12. Order under section 6 of the Termination of Employment of Workmen (Special Provisions) Act, to be made within two months of application

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Where an application is made to the Commissioner by a workman for an order under section 6 of the Termination of Employment of Workmen (Special Provisions) Act, it shall be the duty of the Commissioner to make such order within two months of the date of receipt of the application from the workman.
