15. Amendment of section 33 of the principal enactment

Section 33 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :—
(1)
in the proviso to paragraph (b) of subsection (1)
of that section, by the substitution, for the expres-sion “for any year of assessment commencing on or after April 1, 1980.", of the expression “for the year of assessment commencing on April 1, 1980 and for each of the three years of assessment immediately succeeding that year of assessment”;
and
(2)
in paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of that section by the substitution for the words “ company other than a quoted public company of the word “ company ,
