16. Amendment of section 35 of the principal enactment

Section 35 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of paragraph (d) of that section, and the substitution of the following paragraph therefor :—
“t (d) that dividend is a dividend declared by a quoted public company on or after April 1, 1980 but before April 1, 1984”.
