105. Trust not to be entered in register

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

There shall not be entered in the register a notice of any Trust expressed, implied, or constructive, nor shall any such notice be receivable by the Director-General.
