Part V · Chapter XIX Marks and Trade Names

114. Publication of registered marks

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Director-General shall cause to be published in the Gazette, in the prescribed form, all registered marks in the order of their registration, including in respect of each mark so published reference to such particulars as may be prescribed.
