112. Non completion of registration

Where, by reason of default on the part of the applicant, the registration of a mark is not completed within twelve months from the date of receipt by the Director-General of the application, the Director-General shall, after giving notice of non-completion to the applicant in writing in the prescribed form, treat the application as abandoned, unless it is completed within the time specified in that behalf in such notice.
