23. Amendment of section 49 of the principal enactment

Section 49 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words “right to mine for all minerals in the area specified in such licence and to trade in and export such minerals” of the words “right to mine only the minerals specified in such licence and to trade in and export such minerals wherever possible after product development.”.
