25. Amendment of the heading to Part III of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The heading to the Part III of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words “health, safety and welfare of workers in mines” of the words “health, safety and welfare of workers mining for minerals”.
