14. Amendment of section 33 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 33 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution for the words from “No licence to explore” to the words

“Beryllium, lithium coral” of the words “No licence to explore for or mine, transport, process, store, trade in or export minerals containing radioactive elements and coral”.
