27. Amendment of section 57 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 57 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the addition immediately after subsection (3)

thereof of the following new subsection :—

“(4) The recruitment for such purposes shall be in accordance with the labour laws and regulations for the time being in force.”.
