115. Establishment of the Manufacturing Regulatory Division

(1)

The Authority shall establish for the purpose of this Act a Division to be known as Manufacturing

Regulatory Division.

(2)

The Authority shall appoint the head of that Division from among persons holding a recognized degree in

Pharmacology, Pharmacy or any other related subject.
