48. Application of certain provisions of this Act in relation to MEC

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The provisions of sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12

and 13 of this Act shall mutatis mutandis apply to and in respect of the Chairman, members and the conducting of the affairs of the MEC.
