51. Sale of prescribed medicine is prohibited unless premises and process of manufacture have been approved

No person shall sell, exhibit or distribute any medicine as may be prescribed unless the premises in which the medicine was manufactured and the process and conditions of manufacture of that medicine have been approved in the prescribed form and manner as being suitable to ensure that the medicine will be safe for use.
