11. Amendment of section 21 of the principal enactment

Section 21 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:-

(a)

in paragraph (e) of subsection (1) thereof, by the substitution for the words “incompetence, age”, of the word “incompetence”; and

(b)

in subsection (4) thereof, by the substitution for the words “to a fine not less than two thousand five hundred rupees”, of the words “to a fine not less than ten thousand rupees”.
