4. Amendment of section 13 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 13 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the words “given such bond and security” of the words, “given such bond” and for the words “to a fine not less than ten thousand rupees”, of the words “to a fine not less than twenty-five thousand rupees”.
