21. Amendment of section 43 of the principal enactment

Section 43 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the insertion of the following definitions immediately before the definition of the expression “High

Court Judge”:-

“ “Council of Legal Education” shall have the same meaning as assigned to it by section 2 of the Council of the Legal Education Ordinance (Chapter 276);

“ executant” means–

in relation to a deed of transfer, the transferor and the trasferee; and

in relation to other deed or instrument the parties to such deed or instrument;
