Part III

85. Relevant authority deemed to be a schedule institution for purposes of Bribery Act

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The relevant authority shall be deemed to be a scheduled institution within the meaning of the Bribery Act, and the provisions of the Act shall be construed accordingly.
