16. Amendment of section 24 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 24 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -

(1)

by the substitution for the words “A generation licensee shall be entitled to -”, of the words “A generation licensee shall –”; and

(2)

in paragraph (g) of that section, by the substitution for the words “national system operator licensee”, of the words “National

System Operator”.
