6. Replacement of heading of the PART II of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The heading of PART II, of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following heading is substituted therefor: -

“NATIONAL ELECTRICITY POLICY AS

PART OF THE NATIONAL POLICY ON

ENERGY AND THE ISSUE OF POLICY

GUIDELINES”.
