25. Minister to issue directions

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Minister may from time to time issue to the

Board, general or special directions in writing, in respect of the powers, duties and functions of the Board. It shall be the duty of the Board to comply with such directions.
