6. Powers of the Board

The Board shall have the power —

(a)

in giving effect to the provisions of the Act, to exercise, perform and discharge the powers, duties and functions conferred on or assigned to it, by this

Act ;

(b)

to do all such acts as may be necessary or incidental to the exercise, performance and discharge of it’s powers, duties and functions under this Act ;

(c)

to appoint, remove, remunerate and exercise disciplinary control over such officers and servants as the Board considers necessary for the proper administration of this Act.
