32. Appointment, promotion, etc. of the officers etc. of the Commission

(1)

The appointment, promotion, disciplinary control and dismissal of the officers and employees of the

Commission shall be vested in the Commission and shall be carried out in the manner as may be specified by the

Commission by rules made in that behalf.

(2)

The Commission shall make rules in relation to the officers other employees of the Commission including their appointments, promotions, remunerations, disciplinary control, dismissal, conduct and the grant of leave.
