33. Central Authority on declarations of assets and liabilities

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Commission shall act as the central authority on declarations of assets and liabilities under Part II of this

Act and for such purpose shall exercise the powers, discharge the duties and perform the functions of the Central Authority under this Act.
