10. Confidentiality of proceedings of the Governing Board

(1)

The proceedings of the meetings of the

Governing Board shall be confidential to the extent permitted under the Right to Information Act, No. 12 of 2016. The

Governing Board may give publicity to any of its decisions on any matter, if it considers it necessary.

(2)

The minutes of each meeting of the Governing Board shall be signed by the person presiding at such meeting and the Secretary to the Governing Board.

(3)

The minutes of each meeting of the Governing Board shall be kept in writing, and retained at least for a period of twelve years.
