24. Acquisition of land in any Protected Area

State land, is required by the Authority for any purpose under this Act and the Minister approves the proposed acquisition, the land proposed to be acquired shall for the purpose of the application of the Land Acquisition Act, be deemed to be required for a public purpose and may be acquired under that Act and transferred to the Authority

Authority under the Land Acquisition Act shall be paid out of the Fund.
