Chapter II · Appointment of Service Providers

9. Prohibition against appointment of certain persons as Service Providers etc.

No person or body of persons shall be appointed as a

Service Provider or be entitled to be issued with a licence to provide aeronautical services under the provisions of this

Act, where such person or body of persons poses or is likely to pose a threat to the public security of Sri Lanka or to international civil aviation.
