209. Validity of director’s acts

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The acts of a person as a director shall be valid notwithstanding the fact that —

(a)

the person’s appointment was defective; or

(b)

the person is not qualified for such appointment.
