457. Extension of time for preparing reports

(1)

A period of time within which a person is rquired to prepare a report under section 455 or section 456

may be extended, on the application of that person, by-

(a)

the court, where the person was appointed a receiver by the court ; or

(b)

the Registrar, where the person was appointed a receiver by or under an instrument.
