461. Notice of end of receivership

(1)

Not later than ten working days after the receivership of a company ceases, the person who held office as receiver at the end of the receivership shall send or deliver to the Registrar, notice in writing of the fact that the receivership has ceased.

(2)

Every person who fails to comply with the requirements of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand rupees.
